Lol the "Ahh!" part was best. Overall I thought it was a nice animation.
It's too late to point out, but there's a line on his left shirt tail that shows through from the shape of his legs. Might not be my place to say so, but I think you should work on improving the consistencies of his mouth shape and outlines. When the lines are thick then thin it's really...I don't know distracting? I realize that there isn't a whole lot of room on his face without lines mixing or getting crowded but either go for a happy medium between the width of the lines or try something else for when he has his mouth apart and speaking? Was that a fair critique or was it totally inappropriate?
Looove the grungy-ness of his building by the way.

I don't really see how any critique can be inappropriate to be honest, least of all when it's that helpful. Thanks - in a way I forgot to use a trick - as flash uses vectors I could have added as much detail as I'd have liked. Typical for me to forget something like that.
